The insertion in a globalized market requires a strong emphasis in the productivity redisigning the operating systems and creating the ability to work and produce according to high quality standars. To achieve this objetive means that organizations must be transformed and alined with the strategy to increase competitiveness. The aim of the Project "Estudio de una Metodología de Gestión para Mejoramiento de Procesos", is the development of a model to serve as a guide for a more successfull implementation of strategic change initiatives allowing the organizations to stand in a better competitive position. Instead of the traditional organization centered in functions or products, the model considers the enterprise as a whole process system working through four integrated dimensions: Management, Human Resources, lnformation Technology and Processes
(manufactures or services). This organizational dimensions are separatly analized to discuss their principies, but
will be considered properly engaged to achieve a holistic approach to process improvement Those concepts conformed a Methodology in a five phases sequence whose centric mision is the introduction of global intelligence driving the elements of change, people, information and process, within the context of culture, history and management philosophy of the firm.
